"After a somewhat bumpy start, I received three calls from Tarryn. She is understanding and very knowledgeable and professional. Quotes were given over the phone and an appointment was made for me to come in to finalize the paperwork. As Tarryn was out sick, I met with Sean. I enjoyed my time with him very much and received everything that was necessary to begin my tenure with State Farm. "Simply requested cancellation documents after I cancelled my policy and was continuing to be notified by State Farm that I would still have to pay next month.
Refused to provide those.
After stating that “since you’re cancelling” as if she hadn’t done as she was told to cancel the policy."
